AntiGravity® Fitness - Kids is...

Children will discover how much fun exercise can be while conquering fears and building self-confidence. You will notice improvement in your child’s focus, flexibility, and strength. Each class builds on the previous class instruction to promote gentle stretching while introducing an element of lightness and play. Certified instructors guide your child to maintain levity in mind, body, and heart. With the exception of summer, AntiGravity Just Kids classes run in 10-week sessions, meeting for one hour, once a week. Each class builds upon the last to really help your child grow and benefit from all AntiGravity has to offer. See the current schedule to check days and times for your little flyer!
 

 

GLIDERS: (10 week session)

5–6 year olds

This class is guided by AntiGravity® Kids certified instructors who specialize in working with children. The Gliders class utilizes thematic material inspired by the elements to engage your child while he or she swings, stretches, spins, balances, strengthens core muscles, and opens the imagination. Discover the fun of exercise while developing courage and self-confidence.

 

 

FLYERS: (10 week session)

7–10 year olds

Let their spirits fly. The Flyers class incorporates more challenging poses and fun tricks to engage this growing child. The AntiGravity® certified instructor will lead sequences for your child to swing, stretch, spin, balance, strengthen core muscles, and expand the imagination. He or she will discover a sense of independence while developing self confidence. The result is a happy, balanced child.

 

MAVERICKS: (10 week session) 

11–15 year olds

Watch them spread their wings and soar! Developed for this transitional period in your child’s life, this more challenging and grown-up series teaches students to love fitness and their bodies. Your teen will be flexible, strong, confident, happy, and connected as they flip, spin, and surprise themselves with feats of complex aerial artistry.

 

NEW ANTIGRAVITY KIDS DROP IN: (Every Saturday)

You asked for it, you got it! The first ever Saturday drop in class for kids 7-17. Whether new to AntiGravity or an avid flyer, together kids will have fun learning, practicing or fine-tuning their understanding of flight and fitness. Appropriate for all levels.

3. Find the date and time you'd like to register your child/family for, using the arrows on the right.

4. Click on the sign up now

5. Make a single reservation or a recurring reservation

2.Click on my info on the bar

3. Sign into your account or create a new account if you do not have one. 

4. Click under family member section add family member (this family member must have an account as well.)

5. Fill in the information for your child and save.
